Deposit Refund Policy
Deposits are non-refundable except in the rare case that we do not have a a puppy in the litter for you as planned or if the mother does not become pregnant.
If this occurs, you will have the option to receive a full refund or transfer your deposit to the next available litter.
While this situation is uncommon, nature can be unpredictable and sometimes breeding does not result in pregnancy.
Our goal is to make the adoption process simple and transparent for every family. Below is a full breakdown of our puppy pricing and payment process.
Total Adoption Fee: $1,800
Payment Breakdown
Step 1: Waitlist Deposit – $250
To join our waitlist, a non-refundable $250 deposit is required. This secures your place in line for an upcoming litter. Deposits can be transferred to a future litter if needed.
Step 2: Puppy Reservation Deposit – $550
Once your puppy is born and confirmed, a second deposit of $550 is due. This officially reserves your puppy and holds them until pickup.
Step 3: Final Payment – $1,000
The remaining $1,000 balance is due on or before pickup day.
If full payment is not received on the day of pickup, the puppy cannot go home until payment is completed.
Please note: a $25 per day boarding and care fee will apply for each day past the scheduled pickup date.
We host a special Puppy Day where each family comes for a 30-minute visit to meet us, spend time with the parent dogs, and choose their puppy.
We limit each family to seeing no more than four puppies at a time — sometimes only two, depending on where you are on our waiting list — because all of our puppies are so sweet, and it’s hard enough to choose even from a small group!
We also show puppies of the same gender during your visit, so knowing whether you’re hoping for a male or female helps us narrow it down and make the process smoother.
If you have a preference for color or personality, we’ll do our best to introduce you to puppies that match what you’re looking for. Our goal is to help every family find the perfect fit!
Our puppies are fed Canadian Natural Chicken & Brown Rice. What we love about this food is that it’s suitable for all life stages, so you can continue feeding it as your puppy grows.
We recommend staying on this food for the first six months before gradually transitioning to a different diet if desired.
Training should begin as soon as your puppy comes home. Start with basic commands such as sit, stay, and come, and introduce potty training and crate training right away.
Using positive reinforcement, consistency, and patience will help your puppy develop good habits and build a strong, loving bond with your family.
